My Journey
My journey from military aviator to revenue operations leader has been defined by a single constant: the pursuit of operational excellence in high-stakes environments.
As a C-17 Globemaster III pilot in the United States Air Force, I learned that mission success depends on precise execution, clear communication, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. Leading a global organization of 14,000 personnel across 42 international locations taught me that scale doesn't diminish the importance of individual performance—it amplifies it.
Today, I apply those same principles to building and scaling high-performance revenue operations teams. Whether integrating acquisitions, developing enterprise service offerings, or leading RevOps transformation, my approach remains consistent: build exceptional teams, design scalable processes, and execute with precision.

Outside of work, I'm a dedicated mentor for military members transitioning to civilian careers through Veterati. I believe in giving back to the community that shaped my leadership foundation. When I'm not optimizing revenue operations, you'll find me coaching youth soccer or exploring the Pacific Northwest with my family.
